Food is necessary for our physical well-being and it also has a subtle effect on our minds. Since food naturally interacts with our mind, we are the reflection of what we eat.
Becoming a vegetarian is a positive step in the respect for the planet. Just the attitude of not eating meat gives life a new meaning.
Changing food habits requires a gradual preparation that may start by a simple attitude of a “non-meat day” once a week. If everybody in the world would try it, the planet would see the difference.
If you are already using a vegetarian diet, don’t forget the golden rule: eat all foods in moderation and eat a great variety of foods.
