We come to yoga for many different reasons and our experience of yoga will always be unique to us all. Through the practice of yoga we find greater mental and sensorial vivacity, in a progressive lesson throughout our lives. Yoga teaches us the lessons we need to learn and helps us to find the answers that we seek.
Yoga is a complete science of self-discipline. It balances, harmonizes, purifies and strengthens the body, mind and soul of the practitioner.

Asana means posture. Through the doorway of postures we learn to enhance physical wellbeing and the more we put in terms of dedication, the greater the benefits of this highly transformative practice in every aspect of our lives.
